Mushara Lodge

Located just 8 km from the Von Lindequist Gate on the eastern boundary of Etosha National Park, Mushara Lodge is an ideal overnight stop for visitors to the game reserve. The lodge consists of ten spacious chalets, one family unit, a triple room and two single rooms.

The Bush Camp

12 tents and 4 family units

This tented bush camp offers a very authentic experience and provides an excellent base for exploring Etosha National Park. 16 custom made 'tents' accommodate 32 adults and up to 8 children. The Mushara Bush Camp is particularly welcoming for children.

Ongava Game Reserve

Anderssons Camp – 20 tented units; Ongava Tented Camp – 8 tented units; Ongava Lodge – 13 Chalets and 1 Family unit; Little Ongava – 3 units

The private 30 000-hectare Ongava Game Reserve borders the Etosha National Park to the north. Mornings are normally spent within Etosha and afternoons on the reserve, which is home to Black and White Rhino, Lion, Leopard, Cheetah, Elephants, plains game and prolific birdlife. There are 4 camps on the reserve. Anderssons Camp and Ongava Tented Camp are both traditional tented camps. Ongava Lodge is the ‘main’ camp and Little Ongava is a very exclusive small lodge situated atop a hill. The lodge, Anderssons and the tented camp all have family units and each camp/lodge has a small swimming pool. Etosha National Park is Namibia’s premier wildlife area and one of Africa’s largest parks.

Onguma Game Reserve

Eastern Etosha Region

In the local Herero language, Onguma means, ‘the place you don't want to leave.’ Situated on the eastern side of Etosha, Onguma Private Nature Reserve is a 34,000 hectare reserve boasting over thirty different animal species consisting of plains game and predators, black rhino and more than 300 bird species.

Enjoy game drives on Onguma or into Etosha National Park, the largest national park in Namibia. Tented Camp overlooks a waterhole, with seven en-suite safari tents with private patios, and has a rim flow pool. Treetop Camp has 4 thatch and canvas rooms, and also overlooks a waterhole.

Kulala Wilderness Reserve

Desert Lodge – 23 Canvas & Thatch ‘Kulalas’ Little Kulala - 11 'Kulalas'

The scenic Kulala Wilderness Reserve is a 37 000 hectare private reserve, the closest reserve to Sossusvlei itself. The en-suite Canvas & Thatch ‘Kulalas’ (meaning ‘to sleep’) at Kulala Desert Lodge have flat rooftops - bedrolls can be placed there so you can enjoy a night's sleep under the stars. Little Kulala is a luxury desert retreat consisting of 11 climate-controlled, thatched ‘kulalas’. The varied activities bring the desert to life. These include 4x4 excursions into the Namib Naukluft Park, and nature drives and early morning walks on the Kulala Wilderness Reserve. Hot air ballooning is also available.

Desert Homestead

Desert Homestead – 20 Chalets

Desert Homestead is a friendly lodge in the Namib region, 32 km south of Sesriem, with views extending to the Rotterkaum Mountains from each of the verandas of the 20 comfortable en-suite thatched chalets - powered by wind and solar power. Desert Homestead has excellent riding horses, all docile and easy to handle - most popular are the sunrise and sunset rides.

Also enjoy vehicle nature & sundowner drives or a visit to nearby Sossusvlei.

Grootberg Lodge

Damaraland Region

14 rooms and 2 Family Chalets

12,000 hectares have been set aside by the Khoadi /Hoas community for conservation and tourism and it is here you will find Grootberg Lodge, perched on the rim of the Grootberg Plateau, a lodge wholly owned by the conservancy.

It is also in this natural wilderness area that you can encounter the inhabitants of this remote biosphere, including the semi-nomadic Himba. The 12 rock and thatch chalets have stunning views over the valley. Desert elephant, Black Rhino and much other birdlife and wildlife can be found in this Damaraland wilderness. Hiking and horse-riding are available.

Mowani Mountain Camp & Camp Kipwe

In the unspoilt wilderness area of Southern Damaraland, these comfortable lodges offer magnificent scenery and desert fauna and flora. Activities include nature drives in search of the elusive desert adapted Elephants, excursions to Twyfelfontein to see the bushman paintings and nature walks. Olive Grove Guesthouse

Located in a peaceful area of Windhoek, but close to the city centre, Olive Grove is a great spot to start or end your Namibian experience. Each air- conditioned room is well appointed and has its own veranda. The emphasis is on simplicity and elegance.

Erongo Wilderness Lodge is nestled amid granite formations in the beautiful Erongo Mountains – just over 2 hours drive north of Windhoek. The lodge has 10 en-suite thatched tented chalets built on stilts, each in a niche amongst granite formations, with netting across all windows and doors, allowing only the breeze to enter.

The lodge is approx. 320 km from Mariental and 600 km from Windhoek.
