MASHATU GAME RESERVE

In the remote eastern part of Botswana, bordering South Africa and Zimbabwe, the Mashatu Game Reserve offers 42,000 hectares of private land in the Northern Tuli Game Reserve. Claiming it’s name from the native Mashatu tree, the reserve features six lodges and safari homes ranging from exclusive use, to luxury villas to safari tents. Ideal for families or groups travelling together, the four ensuite bedrooms sit on either side of a large communal area featuring lounge and dining areas that leads out to a wrap-around veranda. The kitchen is perfect for use, with a private chef on hand to prepare wholesome and sumptuous meals. A private guide and game vehicle are included for morning and afternoon game drives. The outdoor braai and boma area are perfect for communal meals, and the reservoir swimming pool that sits overlooking the expansive bush is perfect for getting in some R&R. Shalimpo Safari Home

Perched atop a kopjie, Shalimpo Safari Home sits high above the expanses of bush below it. Near to the winding convergance of the Shashe and Limpopo rivers, the property attracts exciting game straight to it’s doorstep. Housing eight guests in 4 bedrooms, the open plan communal dining and lounge areas are ideal for making memories with friends and family. The farm-style kitchen is suited to self-catering, where supplies of food and drink can be pre-ordered ahead of your arrival. Outside a boma area and small swimming pool can be found. A private guide and vehicle are on hand for morning and afternoon game drives, to explore this remote and beautiful region.
