EXCITING SAFARI IN CHOBE NATIONAL PARK
Connect with your onward flight from Johannesburg to Kasane in Botswana, where you will be met and transferred (largely in the park) to Chobe Game Lodge for your 4 night stay.
Established in 1968 and covering almost 12,000 square kilometres Chobe National Park is located in Botswana's north and is the third largest national park in Botswana. It boasts one of the largest concentrations of game in Africa and is world renowned for its elephant population - estimated at 70,000, possibly the largest elephant concentration in Africa. During your 4 night stay you will cruise on the river, have tradition vehicle game drives and enjoy a full day exploring the park (with a stunning picnic lunch). Hippos wallow in the waters, crocodile laze in the sun and rich birdlife surround the area.
After your 4 night safari fly back to Johannesburg and spend an overnight in Johannesburg.

The only permanent game lodge within Chobe National Park, it is on the banks of the Chobe River, overlooking the floodplains of Namibia, with great game viewing.

Relax in the sophisticated surroundings of your resort hotel and enjoy the beaches, watersports, golf courses, scuba diving, deep sea fishing and many other activities and leisure facilities on offer in this tropical playground. Your stay on this beautiful tropical island can be as relaxing or activity filled as you wish. The island is approximately 40 miles north to south and 28 miles east to west, making it an ideal size to explore. You might like to rent a soft-top jeep and spend a day or two visiting the markets, shops, towns, public beaches and tourist sites of this safe multi-cultural island.
The hotels and resorts are sophisticated with a large range of activities on offer. These include comprehensive watersports facilities, tennis courts, gyms and diving schools. With it’s Creole and European influences, fine seafood and talented chefs, the culinary experience is also a good one in Mauritius.
